Files with this file format can be found inside "\Urban Chaos\data\" folder.
In the PC version of Urban Chaos there are only four files with this file format, "bike.rec", "bike2.rec", "roper.rec" and "bat.rec".
In the PC version of Urban Chaos REC files always have 804 bytes in size and are almost entirely filled with zeroes.
They occur with MOJ and ALL files with the same name in "data" folder.
