Start of GRF section

I've started this section as I believe it time to expand the wiki to inlude all game related file formats. We may need a new namespace for this as well (Game Resource Format? GRF?). Also, all the GRAF (not GRF) pages should be transferred to the GRAF namespace, methinks? Finally, we need to think of a njaming convention for items that belong to the GRF. I've made a preliminary example. with the PICT format, but any ideas?

I believe that we should work on writing a new SpecialPage for adding new formats to the WIKI, while we set up the new system. As for what you've said above, I've long had the intention of keeping the WIKI open to the addition of any new format, so long as the person who adds it is the one to maintain and update it...

As far as another namespace is concerned, I think it may be wiser in the long run to name it relating to the fact that it can be used for ALL file formats other than GRAFs, rather than just limiting it to other game formats. As for the GRAF section, I intended it to be used for the GRAF pages when I asked you to make it. ;)

Last, for the naming conventions, I'd think it would be a safe bet to use the same ones as I've set up for GRAF pages (see here), at least until the need for a new or improved system presents itself.

P.S. perhaps we should move this discussion to the Village Pub?
